Refund Policy – Navjoti Nirman Foundation

At Navjoti Nirman Foundation, we value the trust and support of our donors, partners, customers, and community members. This Refund Policy explains the terms related to donations, contributions, products, services, and payments made to the Foundation.

1. Donations & Contributions

Donations and voluntary contributions made to Navjoti Nirman Foundation are generally non-refundable, as they are used for social welfare, women empowerment, rural development, education, healthcare, skill development, artisan support, and community development activities.

2. Refund Request

Refund requests may be considered only in special cases such as duplicate payment, wrong amount paid, or payment made by mistake. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment.

3. Products & Services

For handcrafted products, livelihood-support products, or any service-related payment, refund or replacement will depend on the nature of the product/service, order status, and issue reported by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Amount already utilized for social welfare or community activities.
• Donation made voluntarily with clear intent.
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• Service already delivered or completed.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any suitable method decided by the Foundation. The refund process may take 7–15 working days after approval.
